Sandra Rico, MS, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in sex therapy, trauma recovery, and relationship health, helping clients address emotional, sexual, and interpersonal challenges with care and expertise. Sandra earned her Master of Science in Psychology from Florida International University and holds advanced certifications in Sex Therapy (AASECT) and as a Qualified Supervisor. Her approach integrates evidence-based methods with multicultural sensitivity, creating personalized treatment plans that foster trust and growth.

Sandra believes in empowering clients to develop insight, confidence, and tools for lasting change. With warmth, professionalism, and respect for every individual’s story, she provides a safe and inclusive space for healing.
