Life’s experiences shape how individuals see themselves and respond to the world. In navigating difficult circumstances, people often develop behaviors that help them feel safe, understood, or emotionally protected. While these strategies may have been necessary at one time, they can become limiting when they no longer support overall well-being.

CJ’s work focuses on helping clients create small, consistent shifts in long-standing patterns in order to move from distress toward emotional wellness. Through this process, clients learn to better identify and respond to triggers, regulate mood, and examine the core beliefs that shape their sense of identity—grounded in who they truly are rather than who they feel expected to be.

With over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in both clinical and pastoral settings, CJ supports clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, vulnerability, identity development, faith-related challenges, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions.

CJ is committed to creating a grounded, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. Whether clients are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in transition, CJ works alongside them to build insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful and lasting healing.
